Milford Road Merchant Resource Consents
When Fjord Ellis and Jennifer Mackintosh purchased their site on Milford Road, they wanted to create a modern convenience store. However, council planners advised that their proposal didn’t comply with the existing 1993 resource consent for the site, putting the project on hold.
Blackmount Café
Our team of experienced planners were engaged to prepare the required resource consent applications to enable the development of a café, bar and motorhome park facility at Blackmount in Western Southland.
Supporting Farmers through Community Outreach
